Wednesday Roll Call

Good Morning Everyone,

I went to see Kathy in the hospital last night.  She is doing good.  I didn't stay too long as she was still groogy and I didn't want to be in the way of her family.  She will coming home this afternoon and joins the rest of us on the losers bench.

Nothing much else going on.  Just working today.  Don't know what I am doing this weekend except cleaning and laundry.

Deanna it was good to see you last night.

Yay, Kathy! Thanks for the update.

Wet, gross weather here today. Kids home from school--report card day. Probably head out to IHOP later for a big breakfast treat. Their bacon is sooo good.

but it could be worst,  it could be snow. At least it is to be cleared up by Friday.

Just work today. Then out to dinner.

Yep another nasty and dreary November day. Day is OT for me; more finger exercises. Might visit my sister today.

Dawn, thanks for your thoughts yesterday. I'm praying that this will be the end of my bad times for at least a while. I need some good things happening in my life. It's been so bad since my stepdad passed away in July. 2009 was not my year.

For those of you on Facebook, thanks for the hugs and invites. I am not that savvy on it but am trying on occasion.

Ditto the weather is horrible. Wish I could stay home:(, but gotta get out and make the paycheck.  I hope everyone has a superterrific day.

Good morning Sheri and the rest of Illinois!

I am staying home today.  Not only is it my birthday and the kids have only half a day, but the doctor said that I need to slow down just a bit.  The good news is that I do not have any infection and he is pretty sure that all the repairs are intact.  He says I just need to take my pain medicine when in pain, continue to rest and keep up with sitz baths at least twice a day.  He says that I should see improvement very soon.

I suppose that is the problem......I saw some improvement and did too much.  I will rest today and see how it goes day by day.  We really can not afford the lost income, but we will manage.

I am glad to hear that Kathy is doing good.  It seems that our newest losers are on the right track.

I need a few things from Wal-Mart, but can't decide if it is better to just run over there and pick them up, or wait until after the kids return and let David drive.  It seems easier to just do it myself, but I will see.

 Happy Birthday Dawn!

I did not realize your birthday and mine were so close! Mine was yesterday, I had a wondeful day. My grandsons made my day special. They both took me out for dinner, they had to get the dad of one of them to help them out. I was told to meet the youngest ones dad at Panera Bread and drop him off, thery were have guys night. Then when I got there the three of them surprised me with a bowl of blk bean soup!
