Good Morning Illinois.

It looks to be a dripy morning. Not like yesterday.
It is the middle of November. This could be snow, like they are getting in Denver.

Kathy, your day is almost here. When you wake up, you will be joining us on the losers bench.

Paul, have a great craft fair today. Sell out and bring home lots of gelt.

Where does time go? I didn't get half the stuff I wanted to get done yesterday. I need to finish that, plus get stuff I want (need) to get done today.

Anything happening in your world today?

Hugs,

Lisa

Hello everyone

I must have been really tired yesterday because I fell asleep watching tv around 8pm and didn't wake up till 6:30 am.  Wow that's a lot of sleep.

Today I have a baby shower to go to, for my friend who adopted a baby girl.  I made up the cutest basket filled with diapers, bottles, clothes, rattles, and other essentials.  I love baby stuff.

The weekend moves so fast.  I am looking forward to the week.

I hope everyone has a nice day

Good morning everyone!

I'm really happy to be off today because my daughters and I are going to do some shopping up in Geneva!  I'll at least get plenty of walking in today.  I have to close at work tomorrow, which really stinks, but I'll be okay with it because it doesn't happen that often.  I probably wouldn't be able to fall asleep right away even if I opened because I'm sure I'll be full of excitement and nerves!

Lisa - I can't wait to join that loser's bench!!  Here I come!

Crystal - Congratulations on that trip!!  I'm sure it's going to be lots of fun.  Have fun at the baby shower today.

Have a great Sunday everyone!!

Looks like I am stuck.  I am eating what I am supposed to eat and only what I am supposed to eat so I can look forward to the scale moving down again later.

Good mornong Lisa and Illinois!

I'm sitting here, typing with one hand as I have a sleeping Hayden in my arms. I don't want him to wake up so I'm not putting him down. He spent the night with us last night.
I've got two more gifts to buy for Christmas and then I am done! Woohoo! I never know what to buy my mother and mother in law, so they are usually the last ones done. It may be awhile before I find something.

Lisa-maybe you will finish all the things you didn't get done yesterday today.
Kathy-your day is amost here!
Crystal-It is awesome that your friend picked you to go on vacation with her! :)

Have a great day everyone!

 Good Afternoon everyone!

I am just now checking in.  I have been to church, grocery shopping and stocking up for my surgery.  Now I need to get busy and go do laundry.

Yesterday turned into a very productive day.  I went to get my hair done and next door was a shop that had just opened with designer close outs.  I got Tiffany jewelry, Coach and Burberry bags, scarves and Mens Ralph Lauren cashmere sweaters for VERY reasonable prices.  I also got some other designer items for gifts.  I could not believe the find!  Now all I have to get is the kids gifts plus order the boating supplies that I always get my 2 brother in laws.  I get them from Cabella's and my one brother in law who has everything actually requested a refill last year.  So if it is that well liked, I am repeating it again this year.  I do an assortment of the premium waxing, polishing and protection supplies.  The kids should be easy.  Usually it is WalMart or on line ordering.  So I am going to have shopping done before surgery .  Woo Hoo!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi Lisa and Illinois Buddies,

Emily and I are having a quiet girl's day today.  Steve is still out of town and Emily's got a cough and sore throat so we are sticking close to home and snuggling today.

I think I'm finally out of my 1st stall, scale is down two lbs today.  You'll get started losing again soon too, Randy.

My goal today is to get my protein and fluids in today.  I have had so much trouble lately, that my skin is super dry and I get dizzy very easily.  I KNOW that's not a good sign!

Have a restful Sunday everyone,

Stephanie

Good afternoon! I actually made the mistake of going to a huge grocery store on Sunday afternoon. Duh! It took forever and I spent too much buying exotic things which I will have to cook because if I buy it I have to cook it. Kay says I buy weird things that no one know how to cook--like fennel or arugula or chard. Oh well.

This is the first gray day in a long while so now I am ready to warm up and knit. I'm almost done with Christmas knitting or I would be if I didn't keep adding people to the list!

Hope everyone recovering is doing well today!

Connie

Woodman's?

Edited to say - that from my understanding that the Woodman's in Rockford (or is it Love's Park?) is the largest grocery store in IL.

I think that Dave and I counted that there were close to 40 cash registers (via the numbers on them, including the liquor store).
