help please

I have come to the realization that I am in need of help to reduce my weight.

I am a 38 year old male who is 6 foot tall and about 525lbs
I am otherwise healthy.
I have been out of work now for awhile now and have no insurance and dont know where to turn.
I could use some help please.

Hi... You are right in the area of BMI, Dr. Joyce at SIlver Cross Hospital, and I don't know what they do about self pays, but they can probably point you in the right direction as far as assistance if there is any. Try giving them a call... they are very helpful! Browse bariatric surgeons on this site for Dr. Christopher Joyce and that should give you his contact info.
