Cant wrap my brain around this?! (Xpost)
I have read it on here a few times and my friend who had RNY last February has said it also. How can it be said that when you have RNY that the first 12-18 months, the weight loss is effort less? Basically that you can eat what ever you want in small quanties and still lose? And the meal plan is mostly for when you hit the point where your RNY "stops working" It all just doesn't make sense to me. I guess Ill just keep doing what I'm doing.
