Saturday Roll Call
We need to drive a friend to Ohare early this morning.
She is on her way to Denver. I sure hope she makes it out especially with the weather CO has had this week. Afterwards we will wait for the little munchkins to come around. Our hours are from 2-8. 
I need to get some minutes finished from one of my work meetings from the 15th. Everytime I try to get them done at work I end up in a fire drill with someone needing something done right now . . . Nice to have a laptop
that I can take into the living room and type away in between the kids coming to the door.

I was so busy yesterday. I didn't get home till almost midnight. So I was gone out of my house for 17 hours yesterday!!! I went to see This Is It. It was pretty good. Michael didn't seem drugged up or anything. He was on top of his game and in charge. I kind of expected him to be listless and incoherent.
Today I will be going to a bookstore opening...it's only a block from my house. I also have to go to Kohls to exchange some items. I am pretty much done with my Christmas shopping. I only have my dad's gift, candy and wrapping left to buy. I also bought my friends shower gift and my best friend's daughter has a birthday coming up in December...I bought a gift for her too. I am feeling very on top of my game.
Tonight we fall back. There something about gaining an hour that makes me sooooo happy. Tonight I will be watching the movie Orphan and Rosemary's Baby with a couple of friends...it's scary movie night!!!

I'm up and at it again. Went down stairs to do some laundry and found that my cat caught a mouse and left it all pulled apart for me. A perfect Holloween start! Today we have several friends with kids staying over for the festivities. I made a really good looking veggie lasagna with swiss chard and spinach on top nof 6 different cheeses. Unfortunately, my new restriction is not letting me eat much. But between the restriction and the gym, I'm down 5 pounds for the week! We will take the herd of kids out from 4 to 7 and then have our slumber party!!!

I hope that everyone has a very fun and safe day!! I just love Halloween. Going to the fitness center in a few minutes and than am going to watch my nephew play soccer. After that they will all go Trick or Treating and I will probably head home. Since I live in a condo, we don't really get kids coming around. I have some candy for my neighbors kids,,,,so hopefully they will stop by!!

Well, the sun is out for now...we'll see, but at least maybe no rain for the Trick/Treats.
Chloe is here, so her grandma and I will take her out. Going to Silver Cross for pre op blood work,...can't have anything, so am taking a shake with me to drink in the car after!

Good morning Christine and IL family.
It was a bad start to my day. I was delivering flyers to my neighbors on my street and missed a step and fell.
I fractured my wrist and have a temp soft cast and in a sling. It is my left wrist. Difficult to type. I have to see my ortho doc on Monday for a hard cast.
Ugh,,, just when I was going to start on the elliptical.
I am in a lot of pain...
