Hi everyone.
I got home about 3:30 on Friday afternoon.  Thanks to Paul for the update and thanks to you all for your thoughts, prayers and healing energy.  Keep 'em coming.

I am doing pretty well.  Thursday was really rough, but that was to be expected.  Actually, everything is going as expected.  I sleep alot throughout the day and am resting, resting , resting.

Each day is a little better than the last.  Today, I am thinking of getting off of the narcotic and sticking wtih Tylenol.  We will see.

Time to get vertical again.  I will check back as I can!

Thanks again!

Welcome home, Dawn.  Each day you'll feel a little better.  Glad things went as expected...no surprises.  Just relax and take it easy.  The anesthesia takes a lot out of you. georgie

Hi Dawn. Good to hear from you.

Just like everyone else said, rest, rest and rest! Take your pain med if you need to; don't let it get so bad that it takes a couple of doses to get it under control. That's why your doc prescribed it.

Just think it's all over now and the best is yet to come!

Hugs,
Lucy

Glad you are home.  This is not the time to tough things out.  Take it easy and pamper yourself.  Milk this for all it is worth.  You dont get to do this too often.    I hope that each day you feel better and stronger than the day before!

Glad you are home Dawn and everything went good for you, Get lots of rest, talk to you later,

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

Get up and get out.  Mow the lawn, clean the garage.  Rebuild the engine.  Maybe a neighbor needs help stacking firewood?  You're the girl for the job!  And when you run out of work, try bench pressing!

Okay, I'm just joking around.  I wanted to sound original!  But in all seriousness, take your time and enjoy the rest.  I'm glad all went as planned.
