(I still don't know everything I should about posting)  I wanted this to go under your (deanna's) post and then it showed up somewhere else, so deleted and then it showed deleted under your post.  GEEZ!

anyway, thanks for the heads up on the pill swallowing.  I'd rather do it in a safe environment, rather than wonder about them going down on my own!  geo
