Wow, Two years. Who could of thought that 2 years ago I would join the losers and love to be called one. It has been a ride and it is still going.

I am down 5 whole sizes in tops and dresses, 4 sizes in jeans and pants. The latest sweaters and tops I have bought, are in size 18/20. I haven't been in that size for over 20 years. At least.

I am within 40 lbs of goal. I wanted to be there by now, but, I will take what I have.

My energy is fabulous. I love my life! I even enjoy walking again. I love to tell people about my weight lost journey, and I know one of my clients had it done because of me.

Life is good.

Hugs,
LISA

Wow!  You really should have told us it was your surgiversary yesterday...you are doing great!  Dn't worry about those last 40 pounds.  They will either go, or they won't.  You are in MUCH better shape than before surgery and your health is the most important thing.

Tell someone that you love them!

Congrats Lisa! You are still a work in progress! That's the only thing about the band is that it takes awhile longer than the gastric people. You didn't say anything Saturday about it being your two year surgiversary....you looked great!

It is wonderful to hear that you now enjoy going for hikes, not just walks.

Continued success my friend!
Carol
