Friday Roll Call

GM all. I am starting to feel better. I ended up at work yesterday anyways due to having a meeting in Lyons in the afternoon. I came home afterwards, watched part of the news and then napped for an hour + and then was off to bed early.

Off to work for me shortly then not much else planned for the day and evening. We are still planning on coming to Paul's Saturday unless I get worse - which I do not anticipate.

I think maybe I will go over to a church in EGV tomorrow and buy my pumpkins. There is a Methodist church there that uses the sale as a fund raiser every year and they have a great selection of all sizes.

Finally Friday is here.  I had a board meeting last night that ran late for reenacting.  Oh, the drama, everyone complaining about everyone else.

I have to work today, then a massage this evening, then going to be early.  For some reason, my allergies have been really bad all week and they are taking alot out of me. Sorry I can't be at Pauls tomorrow, but I am looking forward to spending quality time with my husband.  With our busy schedules that doesn't happen much and when it does I cherish our time together.

Crystal M one more day, I know you are excited.  Have fun. 

I hope all of our new losers are doing good and adjusting to their new life.

Lucy I hope you got another night of sleep in bed and feeling better. 

Nancy, I hope you back is feeling better.

Sheri, thanks for your prayers and thoughts.

I stayed in bed last night - it was for 4 hours though. I think it is getting better a bit at a time!

I won't be coming to the party tomorrow though. Between what is going on with my sister and mom, as well as not driving - I thought it best not to come. Eileen offered to give me a ride - but I think it will be hard to get in and out of the minivan or SUV - she's bringing a number of people - so I am assuming that it is not a car. I am concerned too about picking up a cold from anyone.

I don't want to chance getting sick.

Hopefully, I will make the next one.

Good Morning!
I have a busy day today!  First I'm off to my first session with a personal trainer.  Then back home to complete the pulled pork for tomorrow (As I write, it has been slow smoking for 9 hours so far!), then I'm making grave stones for Nic to put on the front lawn.  Some house cleaning in the afternoon and then off to the corn maze tonight with Nic and his friend.  I'm tired already just in writing about all of it.  I look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.  Just as a reminder, my address is 338 Bristol Way, Cary, IL  and my phone number is 847-778-1001.  We'll start at 1pm and go until we are all tired of each other.

Hello everyone

Yeah!!! It's Friday.  Also it's pizza day...I will be good don't worry.  I had string cheese for breakfast and that seems to be the perfect breakfast.  I'm just so tight in the morning, but by dinner I can eat most anything. 

Yes I am excited that I get to see my Amanda tomorrow.  I have so much to do before that.  I probably won't be home tonight till 9-10pm.  

I hope you guys have fun at Paul's.  I can't believe the timing.  It seems that I always have plans for every get together.  I really hope I can be at the next one. 

I'm sitting at my desk freezing my butt off.  I know someone mentioned a space heater or heating pad.  Well the building mangament doesn't allow these things.  Supposedly its against the fire codes.  Oh well I will have to freeze.

We will miss all who cannot attend, but understand that life just gets in the way. I'm sure that there will be another meet in greet in our futures.

Didn't clean house yesterday...got lazy so I will get it done today.

Well, they are working on our street again this morning. The city is replacing the main sewer system going down our street. Its one of the main sewers for this side of town. It will be a mess for at least 6 months.

looking forward to seeing a lot of you at Pauls tomorrow.

DH and I have some errands to run today. Then we are going to dinner with friends.

does anyone else shop at Fashion Bug? I went for a new pair of jeans last night, and had to ask for help because of thier new sizing. Hate the new sizing, but love the fact that Iam in the new size 5 (old size-22).
