No cramps today byt still up in the early morning,
I expect Deanna and our newer Crystal are up as well. The liquid diet saw to my getting up but I will likely be back in bed before most of you get up.
My thoughts and prayers are with you guys today and especially my fellow losers bench inductees for this week.

Hello everyone
Well yesterday I had a horrible day. I ate a few handfuls of trailmix and THEN I checked to see how many calories were in them. Well I was shocked to see that it was 200 calories per 1/4 cup. My god what did I do...I just ate abot 800+ calories of crap. I stepped up my excersise last night but I know I ruined my day...maybe even my week.
I will be making some room on the loser's bench for Deanna and Crystal. I remember how excited I was the day I went for surgery.
Well have a wonderful day.

I am working today, then home to finish and enjoy the Beef Bourguignon that I have been working on for two days already. The second day is the most active and my kitchen smelled heavenly last night. The family and I are very excited to see how it turns out and are hoping it is worth all the work.
Tomorrow, I think I will take the whole day off. I have an appointment in Madison at 10:30 am and the kids have to stop in to see the eye doctor at 3:30 pm, so I am not really thinking that I will make it into Rockford. I am going to call up there in a bit to see if there is anything else they may want me to do while I am up there.
It rained like crazy all the way in this morning, but looks like it has stopped now. It was also dark the whole way, which is a bit depressing........here comes winter.

It's been a painful trip. My knee hurts so much. I'm trying to ice it too. Too many bumps into elevator walls yesterday.
Constipated too., Ugh!

Dawn, I think I can smell your beef cooking all the way here! You will definitely have to post that recipie! I am one of those people who love to make big projects like that too, they always taste so good with all the layered flavors!
Lucy, I sure wish you knee felt better, it is too bad you are having so much trouble with it.
Life is crazy here as always. Noah still likes his new school, but is still having LOTS of issues here at home. I dont know what to do anymore, it has just become a way of life to have this much aggravation and discord in this house. It is really sad. Thank God for medication for me becasue if I did not have any, I think I would have lost it a long time ago.
My dad is hanging in there, the treatments are taking a toll on him although he doesnt admit to it. I know he doesnt want to tell us about how terrible he feels becasue of all the Noah issues. I can hear it in his voice and I get more info from those around him that "tell" on him. His "numbers" remain the same in his blood work. That is good in one sense that they are not getting higher, but in another point they are not getting lower either. So the therapy may be holding him steady, but not shrinking the tumor. We will see at the beginning of Nov when he has another scan. Please say a prayer for him. Holidays are coming soon and I will cherish everyminute we have with him.
Brigid is great and really growing up too fast! We are still working on potty training, she is so busy she forgets to go and then "oops". She is still a delight and says the craziest things. She plays so good and has a great immagination.
I am looking forward to Paul's get together, and seeing everyone! Paul what should we bring? Are we bringing kids and spouses? Just spouses? Let me know. Thanks!

I am still holding out for an Indian Summer! Maybe for Paul's party weekend!
