Good morning IL friends!

Just got to get on line this morning.

My knee is aching so much. The flight was awful for me. No space to move, etc.....

It's cold here in the 30's but warmer weather is on the way.

Thanks for Sunday's messages. We'll see how the day goes. It's a long one.

Wishing everyone a wonderful Monday.

Hugs,
Lucy

Good Morning Everyone!

For the record, The meet and great on the 17th is definitely still on!   I will post time and address later this week or early next week.  It was a busy weekend with the Arts and Crafts show, but I survived.  Saturday was really nice and I sold a lot.  But Sunday was filled with lots of folks who just touched everything and didn't buy.  It was that way for all the artists.  It was nice being next to my friend Sharon.  We may combine our booths in the future and try to do some stuff together.  I brought soup for lunch yesterday, and she brought bread and we had a little buffet!  I hoping that as Christmas gets closer, my sales improve.   I am still able to eat pretty much everything so I will probably get a little more fill in a couple of weeks.  Dr. Heydari said he thought that would be the case.  I'm sure that as I start toward more active work, I will have a little more success in taking off the last few pounds.

Have a great day everybody and know that my prayers are with you!

Good morning Janet and Illinois Friends!

Janet, it is so good to see you again!  I miss you when you are not around but sure do understand busy!

Nicole, potty training will happen when it happens.  He may not have enough control of his muscles yet.  I know you can't wait to say goodbye to diapers, but he is really in control.

For those having surgery tomorrow, I wish you a trouble free surgery, a speedy free recovery and a wonderful experience.  Today the nerves may get to you.  Just keep busy.  Remember why you are doing this and no, it is not a mistake.  Also, remember to walk.  The more you walk, the quicker the gas will leave your system.   Also the same to you Randy for later in the week.

Lucy, I am sorry your knee is killing you.  I sure hate that.  Not being able to move sure does stiffen it up and makes it hurt!

Dawn, I sure hope you can make it to Paul's and that you have a quick resolution to all your surgical problems.

Have a great week!

I'm just a lurker here but wanted to express my good wishes for those of you having surgery tomorrow and next week. You've already gotten all the good advice... I don't have anymore to add. :-)

My thoughts and prayers will be with you.  Hugs  ~Marci

By the way - you are not that much of a lurker. You have been around a bit because I have seen you in the past.
