OKAY ...I AM SOOOOOO UPSET!

DR OFFICE DOES NOT WANT TO BILL THE UNLISTED LAP STOMACH CODE! BECAUSE THEY DRS WONT MAKE ANY MONEY!!!  BUT YET I AM APPROVED FOR DS!

NOW THEY ARE GOING TO APPEAL! I AM SOOOO SICK OF THIS PROCESS!  APPEAL??? 60 DAYS FOR THE APPEALS PROCESS?? WHY?? I HAVE ALREADY BEEN APPROVED!!!

HELL JUST CUT ME OPEN!

I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO....
 

I am sorry to hear that you are going through so many issues with the process. I had my run in with denial for my VSG. I almost settled for a different surgery just to have something done but opted out completly because it wasn't what i truly wanted. Luckily a few weeks later the insurance company came back with an approval for my VSG. It took a while but it came through and I am now scheduled for November 2. I guess my point is to hang in there. I know that is easier said then donw. :)

I am clear for Lap DS. I guess the 43845 with BCBSIL is for open and lap.

I have gotten my approval letter stating this information.
