Starting my journey

I met with my surgeon today for the first time.  Seems like a nice eough fellow.  We talked about the differenct types of surgeries and what he thought was best and what I wanted to do. (RNY) Have my first weight in next week with my primary care doctor and then the "First steps" meeting in 2 weeks.  Looking forward to this whole journey.

Congrats on the first steps and get strapped in for one hell of a ride. I hope it is a smooth ride.
