Heather I know exactly what you are going through.  I know this wont help at this moment, but I went through everything that you are describing 13 months ago.  I was at the point of where I talked to my pastor about what kind of funeral I wanted.  But then I was told that I was a 5%er and after two operations I was back on track.  From that point I now weight 200 lbs that is 210 less.  We all get some sort of buyer remorse, but being part of the 5% club made it even worse.

My prayers go out to you and your family.  My wife and son made me keep my head up during this very dark time.

If you want to talk on the phone just send my a message and I will answer any of your questions about what you are experiencing and what you will experience.

Hang in there Heather, It will get better.  The UTI could have been making things worse. Stay on your nurses, I have been to Vista in the past and not impressed at all!
It appears the facility is not equipped to handle WLS patients and that is a shame! A social worker or Case Manager should have been available to help you with this.  Shame on them!  I'm sorry your surgeon turned out to be like this. If you live closer, I would tell you to head over to Centegra were their program is able to help you with everything you are going through.
Good luck, and I'm thinking of you!
