Sunday Roll Call
Mornin' one and all. I was up due to my hips hurting from sleeping on them so I just thought I would get up. My 
is done and I am enjoying it. Now if the sun would just wake up I can get outside and do a few things.
For me it is just general straightening up around the inside, finish the laundry, attend to the Marigolds in the front of the house and then I think I will ride over to the grocery store and do some price comparisons. The resale shop by the grocery store has been calling my name also . . . We have been shopping at Aldi a little and have found that the staple items you can purchase are of good quality. We just wished that Aldi was in town and closer. Our closest one is in Elk Grove Village, 4 miles away. I did some background research on Aldi and found it to be very interesting. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aldi There is a really nice Aldi on our way to Willow Creek and that is great for when go to church and can get nonperishables. Aldi also has a small amount of fresh and frozen foods which we are trying slowly.
Well, I am going to go watch Mr. Sun come up with a new cup of java and then plan my day from there. Have a good one all.

Good Morning Christine and Illinois,
Today I have to clean, do laundry, do yardwork, go to a memorial service for a coworker and then head out of town again by 5pm.
After months of slowing gaining back some weight, (trying to get a good fill in my band, but havent' found the right spot yet) I have finally lost 4 pounds
. I think that was just the jumpstart I needed to keep going. I bo back for a fill in 6 weeks, and the surgeon wanted me to lose all the weight I have gained back since my last fill.
Well I better go and start a very busy day, everyone have a great day.

Good morning Christine and IL family.
The sun is coming up here and it's a *****illy. I, too have some outdoor gardening that needs to be done but can't until I'm a bit better.
Today Val will be coming over for a visit. I can't wait to see her. Last time was at the wake for my stepdad.
I think that I'm a tiny bit better - so maybe the shot is working. I've got another shot on Wednesday. Hopefully that one won't be so painful since I'll have some cushion in my knee.
Not sure if I'm going to Reno in two weeks. After the next shot, I'll have to decide. If not, I'll try to get a note from my doc so either I can get a refund or credit toward another ticket - airplane as well as conference fee.
Enjoy today and the next week. It's supposed to get into the 80's this week!

I have an interesting fact for you about Aldi's. Actually 2 facts. 1, they are a German Company. And 2, they own Trader Joes. I know, with DH working for Krogers, I shouldn't be going to either of those stores, but I was going to them for years before he went to work for
K. And, in defense of Krogers, they have been getting more and more organic and low sugar and specialty foods that we can eat. I love the new Natures Market they now have in the newer stores. They even have a section for gluten free stuff.
Sheri, I had a long spell (almost 6 months) where I didn' t lose anything. I didn't gain, but didn't lose. Then , when I started to lose, I lost 12 lbs almost overnight.
My day will consist of laundry, I didn't do yesterday, making a great fall dinner, and taking a walk to a friends house. Also get ready for the work week.
I hope everyone gets out and enjoys this weather, I think rain is in the forcast for most of the week.

Today I got in a 5 mile bike ride and and a 2 mile walk with the dogs before the rain set in. It looks like we are supposed to have rain alot early this week. Now it's time to get some much neglected housework done. I feel like I have mountains of laundry to do.
Still not much action on the job search. But everyday, I keep at it knowing that something will com along soon.

Good Afternoon IL!! Hope all of you are enjoying your Sunday afternoon!! Getting ready to go to my friend's BBQ. Should be fun. I worked out this morning, paid some bills, ordered some vitamins, and am going to email a recruiter before I get picked up in about an hour.
I am just so stressed because of work. It is time for me to transition out of my current job...not the best timing. Just a bad environment. I have been losing sleep over this and I am so very stressed. I will just continue to try to keep a good frame of mind because this stress has let to my pre-op over-eating. Now I am making sure that I get to the fitness center to get rid of this stress.
Anywho...Happy Rest of Sunday to everyone. Have a great one and talk with you all soon.
