CPT CODES AND PISSED OFF

Okay...

I am sooo freakin mad!

Now BCBSIL states they cover DS with CPT code 43845......BUT NOT CPT 43645 the lap part of the surgery!

I am schedule for 11/23/09......I am not sure what to do!
