Good morning all. I finally have a breather with this weekend. Labor Day BBQ That is to relax a little but the garden work is still there. My veggies and flowers are easy to take care of because they are all in containers but I have been taking care of my neighbor's to the south of us because Jeff broke his leg in 2 places and shattered his ankle also. They have a new baby to add to the mix. Baby Smiley So I have been taking care of their veggies and flowers until Jeff is walking on 2 legs and not 2 sticks. Their veggies are in the ground and can you say - WEEDS? Flower They are hard to keep up with and do my day job also.

What is on all of your plates today? We are going to dinner at a friends house today. Corn on the cob They have 3 of the cutest little Korean girls that you have ever seen. The dad is also our IT guy. I am taking my traveling lap top with for him to tweek. Techy

Hello everyone

I'm just relaxing right now.  I was going to go to the flea market today but couldn't find anyone to go with me.  Oh well.

I am still feeling good restriction.  I had my fill on Friday, I now have 8.3 ccs.  The way things usually work for me is I will feel restriction for about a week after a fill and then slowly I start feeling less and less restriction (of course making it harder to lose weight).  I am hoping this will not happen this time.  Its nice to feel full after just a little bit of food.

I hope that everyone has a wonderful Sunday.

I am still here.  The first two docs the Kane center gave me were not of any use.  The first one does not recommend for gb.  The second does not refer to Kane and there referal person could not give me a name of who they do refer to.

So you have been forgiven?

Keep plugging along. Some people might think that this comment is "glib" and easy for that person to tell someone like yourself that is going through your situation. But Dave and I can say that we have walked in your shoes in our similar situations. Dave was denied by his insurance company for coverage and then Dr Hart"less" put major road blocks in his way before he approved his surgery. Dave had to beg him to be approved for surgery.  And he was just about ready to pay for his surgery out of his own pocket when my insurance covered him. I was denied for WLS surgery by my all time favorite surgeon for another medical condition. I was crushed for over a year. I finally picked myself up, dusted myself off and found Dr Rosen and the rest is history. God was slamming doors and windows left and right for Dave and I but He finally cracked them back open for us . . . . Dave is having doors and windows slammed on him over the last couple of years with his employment and finally they are being cracked back open ever so slowly.

You will find that perfect referral and things will start happening for you.

Randy,

I'm not as familiar with your situation as others, but I can highly recommend Dr. Heydari at Centegra up in Woodstock.  His office is in Crystal Lake and he's been absolutely wonderful for me.  He took me on originally after I had my first surgery in Mexico, and recently did my second surgery.  He is the kind of doctor who calls you back 10 minutes after you leave him a non-emergency message on a Friday evening!  And then makes room in a full scheduled day for you!  He's not just about doing the surgery, he's about total weight and health for your future.  I cannot say enough good about him and Blue Cross paid very easily for my second surgery.  His office number is 815-455-2752.  Feel free to PM me if I can be of any additional help or support.

Maybe.  I put them on my list so I can check them out if the IPA does not come up with someone soon.

Good luck.  My prayers are with you for a fast resolution.  There's sure to be a light at the end of this tunnel and it won't be a train!

Good Morning Christine and my Illinois Family.

Yesterday, my DD and DGD and I roadtripped up to Lake in the Hills and see Paul and Liz at the art show they were exhibiting at. Paul looks fantastic! I also bought a hand made pen that he makes for my dh for the holidays. All I have to do is hide it, where I will remember where. It was a great day to be out.

When we got home, we met my DH and we went to our towns local cruise night. There had to be close to 700 cars parked on the streets of our downtown district. If anyone is interested, it is the Sat of Labor Day weekend. Then the next day, there is a classic car show. Today also is the classic Labor Day parade. It is usually about 2 hours long.

My day today will be shopping at Krogers, fixing dinner, and working on a quilt or rug. I still have to do some laundry too. Our kids are coming tomorrow to finish taking down the pool. We will be purchasing a new one in the next few weeks, but won't install it until spring.

What is everyone else up to today?

Have a safe and fun Sunday.

HUGS< LISA
