Thank you again.  They do not take BCBSIL HMO but without the referal I never would have known that and you raised my spirits greatly by sharing that information with me.

I don't know if they take bcbsil hmo but it may be worth a shot, my pcp is Stratfod Family in Bloomingdale there # is 630 529- 9090 and they suggested the kane center!
