Good morning Illinois!

How is everyone on this Friday?  I am exhausted, and can't wait for the weekend to start.  Going back to work has kicked my butt, but I also love it!

I have been having to remind myself to eat, never thought I would have to do that.  I may have to wear a ace wrap around my knee, but I am gonna cover it with my jeans.  I went to strap in a wheelchair, and I have to be a contortionist, and I went one way and my knee went the other...OUCH!

I, too am exhausted from not enough sleep.

Ouchie in the knee, I can relate to that! Be careful not to add to your injury.

Today I am having my MRI done. Hopefully by mid-week, I'll have some answers.

Time for us to have a dry spell - I'm tired of this rain.

My plans for the weekend include visiting mom and my sister.

Otherwise, rest, rest and more rest!

Keep Paul in your prayers today as he is having his band removed and another inserted!

Lisa, hope you survived the LGI, etc. Enjoy that coffee this morning!

It is so good to see you here.  I have not been on since midsummer.  I had a hectic summer, but good.  We took a cruise, I went for a few days to Michigan with friends and I sent my daughter to her first year at Illinois State and my middle son to his second week in Iowa.  I considet myself an empty nester even though my older son who works as an asst. mgr at Walgreen's still lives at home.  He is not a bother.

Beth took her daughter back to Indiana for her second year.  I haven't talked to her yet.

It's been a bad July. My stepdad passed away on the 23rd. Now I have this knee problem.

Can't wait to get the MRI results on Monday.

I m so sorry to hear about your stepdad.  Beth's father-in-law passed away a couple of weeks ago.  I do hope your knee starts feeling better and you get some answers.  i will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Your post seem so calm, Dude.  I am on my last nerve and I am usually called Job by those who know me well.

This post brought a smile to my face and I needed that today. Don't get me wrong, it frustrates the heck out of me but I am honestly just stuc****il my Pumonologist returns from vacation on Monday. Now if I don't have any resolution by next week Wednesday then I may break down a bit but doing my best to stay composed. My saving grace is that insurance has already given me the okay but all of the Surgeon requirements haven't been fulfilled. Go figure....

Good morning Dee and the rest of Illinois!

I am looking forward to finishing work early today and heading out to find more stuff to dye.  I want to get a sheet to make a flag so everyone knows when it is Tie Dye Day in Rock City.  I also need to stop at the store for a couple of last minute party supplies.  I hear the rain will stop for the weekend, but it will be chilly.  This will be the first Tie Dye Day that I had to wear long jeans and a sweatshirt.  Funny, because I managed to get it scheduled EARLIER this year!  Oh well----nothing we can do about the weather!

I am thinking of Paul as he undergoes a new band surgery and all of my friends that are having pain, issues and waiting for approvals and insurance clearance.  Randy, hopefully you will get a date today.

Good morn'n!  I'm still batteling a sinus infection and sore throat.  I think this will be day two in bed.  Not much going on here.  Just keeping busy with things!  I have been keeping everyone in my thoughts!  Have a great Friday!!
