Hi all -
Would love to be part of your group. I had my surgery in January 2003. I went in weighing 297 and the lowest I got down to was 204. I'm at 224 currently and ideally would like to weigh around 160. It's a daily struggle for me but I know that I am not alone. My goal is to exercise more. It seems that once I miss a day it's so hard for me to go the following days! I also need to drink more water.

Hi Kathy. Welcome to our IL family.
I'm struggling a lot with a huge regain. It's my fault though. I can't blame anyone else. It seems the longer your off track, the harder it is to get back on track. I will never give up though.
The more the merrier here. We have a great group of friends here to support and share our lifestyles with. Men and women both.
Anyone can start the daily roll call. So if you check in tomorrow morning and no one has started one, please feel free to be the first!

We are a very supportive group of friends and we share our lives and our ups and downs.
I lost a total of 90 pounds, but still neet to lose 30-40 more. I stopped losing at 10 months out from surgery and NOTHING seems to help, so I can relate to your journey very well. I have gained back 7-10 pounds from my lowerst weight, but seem to maintain at this level. I can also relate to the exercise issue. I have not been exercising as I once was and also need to get back to it.
Let's help each other and get with the program! I wish you much success and lots of luck.

I look forward to posting on this board. Well I was bad at lunch and instead of working out at lunch I went to Giordano's and had a personal stuffed spinach pizza. I rationalized that the spinach was a vegetable ;) But I do plan to go to a jazzercise class after work and have something healthier for dinner!

Hi, and welcome. You became part of this group, the second you signed in. I think we are our own biggest support group. Like Lucy has said, anyone can start this thread, any day. All of us have our own demons to tame. But with the support here............ it is doable.
