I am home and feeling good (ish)!

Hi everyone,

I got home this morning and wanted to say thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers!  I am tired and sore but all in all feel pretty good.

I was very impressed with University of Chicago's care.  I had a revision from lapband to RnY and was apparently in surgery for 4.5 hours due to some scaring left by the lapband.

My surgeon was great and all of the nursing staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

Now the real work begins!!!!  Thank you again for your support!

Good luck with your post-op period. You'll be surprised about how fast the pounds will come off. It's so different from a band.

Get lots of rest too. Keep us posted on your progress.
