Hey All

Miss you all, and I am coming back.  I need the support badly!  I have been totally addicted to Face book, but I am blaming several from the board here, and you all know who you are...lol  

My job has gone permanent instead of just substituting, which I am very thankful for that.

Welcome back.  I have not seen you on Facebook either.

Well, only you have the ability to push yourself away from FB. One thing I do not do is play any of the games and rarely take a survey. I stick with just my circle of friends (family, church and co-workers) and do not go beyond that arena. I also choose my friends carefully so it does not become what you are describing as addicting.  It is a great networking tool and way to connect with my niece who is in Afghanistan right now but the user needs to set their own limits.

I know what you mean.  I have family that lives in other states, and that is how we stay connected.  I am very close to two of my cousins, but they are in Kentucky, and we talk almost everyday on FB.  Since my mom has passed away, they are my support.
