Monday Roll Call
Good morning everyone! How is it going? Everyone have the Monday blues? I don't, I am actually happy to be going to work, but ask me that mid school year...lol
We have been having beautiful weather my way, but during the week suppose to get warm again.
Everyone getting in protein and water I hope.
Well, not much going on my way. I did quit coloring my hair, the grey hairs have won.

Hello everone
I have decided not to go to work today. I fell down the stairs Friday and I'm still pretty sore. I have big bruises on my arm, butt and thigh. I'm not sure how comfortable I would be sitting at a desk all day.
I will be taking it easy again today.

I Thought I might just take a quick minut here andd say HELLO everyone. Up and back to the bus this morning. We started Friday and I have a very dirty extra bus. My altanator on my bus goes out a few days before scholl, so its in the shop. Lucky me! This bus is used for all extra stuff so its dusty and grimmy! YUCKY!!!
Should get mine in a few days.
Not much going on here just trying to behave on the eatting because of the hernia doc had to remove most of the fill. Now we are sloly placing it back.

Good morning Dee and the rest of Illinois!!!!
Glad to see you posting again, Dee, and congrats on the permanent job!
I am also sore today. We worked the airshow for 5 hours on Saturday and we had a crowd control job. I have been having problems with my feet lately, so I have been wearing flops or Crocs. I wore tennis shoes on Saturday and I have a blister under a callous and my feet are killing me! Since my feet were hurting, that threw off my gait, and now I have shin pain, leg pain, foot pain, back pain.......etc..... This will pass, but it sure is uncomfortable today.
Saturday night, we went to an annual party with 4 bands and had a great time. We picked up the kids from the airshow yesterday and went home to relax.
Out Tie Dye party is this coming Saturday and we will be getting ready for it.
After work, I will head to Wally World for some pet food and things that are needed at home. Then, I will get to see how the kids' first real day of school went.
That's about it for me!

Good Morning Everyone!
I'm starting the countdown until friday when I get my old band removed and a new one put in. I'm a bit nervous, but excited as well. It's a busy week in that I have class every night and a corporate chair massage job on Wednesday and Thursday as well. Tomorrow is Nic's first day back at school and today we need to leave early to pick up our raw milk from the farmer in Chicago (that's where we meet, not where he farms!).
Dawn, I'm sorry I won't be up to the tye dye party this year. I was really looking forward to it, but I'm sure I will be too sore to get out a day after surgery. Have fun on my behalf. I'll just stare at the curtains and remember the great time we had last year!
The following Satuirday (a week later), I will be showing all my wood work at the Lake in the Hills Art Fair, so if you are in the area, come on out!

Good Morning, its a new day and the start of the last week of August. September starts next Tuesday!
Dee, don't give up on hair color. You are to young to go gray.
Crystal, At least you didn't break anything when you fell on Friday.
Dawn, yuo are getting back into the school scene with th the kids full force. Remember, it is ok to take me time.
I still fill stiff and sore from my fall yesterday, but at least nothing has gotten any darker.
Today, I am calling the Surgeon that is taking care of my gall bladder. The Nexium he gave me is actully causing me to throw up more bile then before. I also have to call my gp to see if she wants to see me after yesterdays fall.
I do have to clean the kitchen this morning.And fold some laundry. I know we will be doing something with the left over turkey for dinner this evening.
