Friday Roll Call

Oh my Steph!   We must be secret sisters!  I had the same thing happen to us when David was in kindergarten----TWICE!!!!!!  I understand COMPLETELY how livid you were.  They make you sign them up for this stuff and you must go through all kinds of paperwork and checkpoints and they STILL screw up. 
The first time it happened with David, it was winter.  He just walked up and down the bloc****il my husband got home-------after my husband went to the school to pick him up and was told that David didn't attned the after school program that day!  David had been walking up and down our block for an hour and a half and he was 5!!!!!!!  A neighbor woman kept an eye on him, but David did not know to go into her house to call us.  I about blew the school up!  It happened again a couple of months later and the principal acted like it was DAVID's fault! 

Well......glad that Emily is safe and that you have safe neighbors for emergencies.

Good morning all!  I know that today is overcast, but it's kinda cozy here at work, so I'll be enjoying it for a bit. 

I go for an echocardiagram tomorrow.  I have a heart murmur that is isn't anything really.  This is my third echo in about 10 years.  My GP thinks it would be smart to have one before surgery.  She gave me the whole summer to get done...lol...well the summer isn't over yet.  :)

Today, nothing is on the agenda other than work.  I'll be done here around noon and then home.  Today is my day off from the gym.  I've gone three days in a row and I'm ready for a break.  I stayed up way too late last night finishing a great book, Firefly Lane, and I'm tired!

Good morning Lucy and the rest of Illinois!

I think I will wor****i noon today then head home to see what the kids and I can do together.  Todd has a softball game tonight, maybe we will surprise him and attend.

We are all working at the air show tomorrow then David is going to a concert with Amber and Liv is going to babysit Riley.  Todd and I are going to an annual party with bands and a pig roast.  Sunday, the kids are working the air show again and Todd and I have the day to ourselves.

I am happy to see the new approvals and I am sure that Randy's is right around the corner.  We will have all kinds of newbie post-ops soon!!!!  How exciting!

That's about it for me.
