PREP Group at Unversity of Chicago Medical Center

Hello,

I am suppost to attend a Prep Group at Unversity of Chicago Medical Center.

I forgot to ask them what to expect, and they are not answering there phones, because I am sure they are overwhelmed with phone calls.

Does anyone know what this is?

 

Maybe it is an overview of their program, aftercare support, etc. I never went to a session before seeing the Dr., so I am not totally sure.


Or, Is this the consent and nutrition session?  If so, it is an hour and a half long and goes through all the ins and outs of your surgery and at the end you sign consent for the procedure. 

With a LSWer! The Psy said that everyone has to attend the PREP group.
