EXERCISE MOTIVATION for Honeymooners when wer'e feeling LAZY. lol
For those of us who exercise is just NOT OUR THING, we have to find something to keep us motivated. For me it's looking at a picture of me when i was really big. (Hiding from cameras, video cams and cam phones). Sometimes its just a day on the board listening to invividuals that say how they wish they could exercise but some physical ailment prevented them from being able. Listening to vets that tell us how important exercise it ....Or just admitting that we're lazy.
So how do we motivate ourselves today? Me as soon as this is done I'm going to walk at the track! I'm going to do a minimum of 6 laps, but hope to do 8. I'll let you know when i come back.
Other days I'll do one of the the following.
1) Walk on the track 3 x a week. (got arthur in the knees - so i try to take it easy)
2) do my 10 minute trainer or abs workout video. This comes with great bands.
3) do situps, arm ex for my batwings and a tummy exercise. (some of these can be in a chair for those with physical limitations.)
4) I move a lot, since my surgery. Before I couldn't walk 1/2 a block, now I will move around, shop, work the yard, walk the stores/malls to keep moving. Some days i count this as exercise, when it's really warranted.
What are you guys doing today to keep it moving? Any other ideas? Please share!
Good Luck,

I try to remind myself how much easier walking (or any other work) is now that I've already lost so much weight. It's a little bit fun to know I an do something easily that was very hard for me a year ago.
I remind myself that if I want my tool to continue helping me drop even more weight then I need to keep going and walking at least once a day. Then I remind myself that unlike all my previous weight loss attempts - this will actually work for me until I'm a much smaller person.
I remind myself that the tool works without exercise, but much more slowly - and then I remind myself that I want this weight gone NOW!
