Saturday Roll Call

Hello everyone,  Happy Saturday

How has everyone been?  So what is everyone's plans for this HOT  weekend.  I'm going to go to a flea market to buy fake name brand purses.   

I have big news.  My dad is has finally moved back up to Oswego!!!   His house in Tennessee hasn't sold yet but someone is in the process of getting financing.  So I hope all goes well.  So this weekend (and everyday after work) I will be getting him settled in.  I feel so much better having him close by.  Since my mom died he was down there by himself.  

So I hope everyone enjoys their weekend and stay cool.

Which flea market are you going to?

I did not sleep well last night. I went to bed a bit later then I wanted to, and then was wide awake. I wonder if it was the scrip that the Dr gave me yesterday for the poison sumac I managed to get into earlier this week.

got a question for all you nurses out there. If I call a hospital, can they tell me if a dr. still can practice there.  I heard that our pcp wasnot able to come into the local hospital to see patients, or operate. From the same person I heard that my knee surgeon left his practice under a cloud last week.

Today, we were supose to go where our DD was supose to camp this weekend, but because of the rain and heat, they cancelled thier plans. I am going to walk to the farmers market this morning. But this to  will be early. I want to enjoy the heat and maybe get into the pool. No, i know I will be getting into the pool ( as long as its not cloudy).

I am going to a flea market in Bolingbrook.  It's called Montana something???  My friend is taking me there.  I never been there before.  I'm only going there for the purses.

I would call the hospital's medical staff office and ask them if your doc still practices or has privileges there.

I'm so glad your father finally made it back to IL Crystal.  I hope he's able to sell his house easily.

Right now it's raining really hard in my neck of the woods.  Yuck.  My yard and flowers really need it but not sure how the day will play out if it does rain.  Calvin leaves in just a few hours and I wont see him again for 35 days.  I miss him already.  I have orientation on Monday for my new job w/ Mimis Cafe.  I'm really hoping they can give me enough hours because I'm not getting that many w/ Outback.  It's really hard times for those of us trying to make a living in the hospitality industry. 

BTW Lisa - our family doctor is no longer practicing out of Dupage Medical Group and I'm so sad by this.  I just love her and find it very difficult to find someone I like and trust.  I had just convinced Calvin to transfer over to her a few months back and now we have to find a new doc.  I hate that.

Where is Calvin going for 35 days??  yikes, that's a long time.  If you want to get together, call me!

Calvin will be in Kansity City, MO trouble shooting a Fuddruckers that's not doing well.  He will have to get it back on track before he leaves so it may be even longer.  Who knows!

I would love to get together.  I'll know more the first of the week what my schedule will be like at Mimis.  I'll be in touch.
