FRIDAY ROLL CALL
Hello Alll,
Well I am beside myself with joy there letting me out the house today ... yippie .. Last night I thought I might die from the bloated feeling in the belly , I thought for sure it was not gas , but I call the Dr and they said WALK,WALK,WALK... So I walked a lilttle more and I'll be dog gone if I anit feel alittle better ...Then it stared to rain and I had to stop .... So that's the plan for today , get outa the house and walk.........
