Shuffling papers time

Time to submit for pre-approval of the surgery.

My last nut visit and medical supervised doc visit was Tuesday.  I lost 65 pounds according to their records in the eleven months.

The doc said Guske told him they were going to get a contract with the IPA which is the approval group for BCBSIL HMO.  I do not want to wait though so as long as things go smoothly I am staying with Vitello.
