Friday Roll Call
Good Friday Morning IL, I have today off Well some what, I am going in today to put up the decoration or our Luau party tomorrow, I have been very busy with my job but love it most times
I feel that we need a stronger Director and staff they just don't get it I think. god I could go on and on but I won't, Any way I am doing good 1 lb for being NORMAL, So I am still losing every week a little , I do hope that it I will stop losing and can maintain my weight I am getting tired of all my clothes hanging on me,
I see that we have new people to add to the losers bench Welcome and hang on for a great ride you will love it,
Nancy nice to hear you are getting around on you knee now bet that feels better, just don't over do
it
Dawn Next week is your big weekend I will see you then
Well the washer is don't so need to get it in the dryer and get ready to leave ,

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

I decided to either start my fall housekeeping or finish the spring housekeeping today. Either way, I have one room done and am going on to the next. No great plans for this weekend. Just errands and such.
Dawn, I won't be able to come next weekend. DH has to work both Sat. and
Snday, since one of his girls is on vacation. I am sorry to miss it again.
Where is everyone? It seems the roll call is getting smaller.

What a beautiful day outside! I was so happy to open up and turn off the AC. The cats agree. I opened a small bathroom window and it was immediately filled with 2 cats even though there was not room for 2 cats lol.
Today was my last in home physical therapy session. I start outpatient next week if my insurance company approves it.
I am celebrating today. I drove myself to the doctor's and to pick up a prescription.
I was fine so now I feel I have my freedom. I only have a week and a half at home left. Boy has time passed quickly. Now to see how soon I can get my left knee done.
No special plans for the weekend. Hope everyone has a great day and a fun weekend.

HI ALL!
Just a quick check in as I am getting ready to bring Noah home tomorrow and preparing for my dad's block party. I am baking cupcakes for the kids ( big ones and small ones, lol) upon Brigie's request and trying to come up with a healthy appetizer to bring with. NOt sure on that one yet.
I am excited that Noah is coming home and sure hope we are all ready for him. I really miss him and I think it is time for him to try again. He seems calm and cooperative so pray for us.

I haven't been posting much here but lurk every now and then. I am having a panni on Monday and very excited about it. Dr Rantis is doing and my insurance is covering it. I have been reading quite a bit about it and sounds like the recovery shouldn't be too bad as long as everything goes ok. I just last week had back surgery. I had an XSTOP put in L4-L5. It was a minimally invasive surgery so I am almost recovered from that pain wise...I was originally going to have laminectomy and fusion until this new procedure came about that I qualified for. SO since I already had the time off work I decided to go with the panni. I will be posting pics...before and after on my profile. Since I am going to be home I will be posting more also!
