Monday Roll Call
I am tired today. I have all 3 grandkids, and they are full of energy as usual.
I got home from Chicago last night bout 10pm. Then got a phone call from MOM and her mom was taken to the ER. So I got redressed and went with her to the hospital. My granny fell and was bleeding on her leg and it was a spot on a vein that was squirting blood. They said not life threating. Wrapped the leg up and sent her home. So I got up at 5am and made it to bed at 3am . I see an early night in my future!
Nothing really to shout about here....

Good Afternoon Lisa and Illinois Friends!
I am finally making it on here. I slept in this morning after being awakened twice by the phone. Grrr. Today is a visit from the home health nurse to test my blood to make sure it is thin enough to prevent clots.
Yesterday my sister and my 2 great nieces came for a visit. We went out to lunch and then to a park so the kids could play a little. The girls loved the cats. Not sure what they thought of the ordeal. Mitzi was very patient and Claude did not do too bad. Beemer who loves everyone did not want anything to do with little people. And of course, Wiggles and Fluffer were hiding out in the basement as usual. On the whole they did well considering they are not used to little ones.
No special plans for this week. Just physical therapy. Hope everyone has a great week!
