Friday Roll Call

HI!

Im posting late,  so I dont know if anyone will get a chance to read this.

I hope everyone has a great weekend.  We dont have any real plans for the weekend, so we will play it by ear.  I havent had much motivation lately to do much.  WIth Noah in the hospital and having health issues myself, I am kind of down and cant seem to break myself out of it.

I have been having issues with urinating for almost a month now.  No one can figure out what is wrong.  I have seen my primary care dr, the gynecologist and today Dr, Wallace.  No one has any idea, they just keep sending me on to the next dr.  THe problem I am having is that I can feel fine one minute and then the next all of the sudden I have to go to the bathroom and have to go NOW.  It is the kind of pain you get when you havent gone all night and then you wake up and have to go!  So then I try to go, and I cant.  I have to push and push and try to get it out.  It comes out a trickle at a time and I have to push the whole time.  This has been going on for almost a month.  I have had urinalysis and pelvic ultrasound.  Both normal.  Now they want to send me to a urogynecologist, a urologist that specializes in women.  But of course today being Friday, I cant make an apt til Monday.  I wonder how long you can go without properly urinating before you explode?

Anyone have this problem or hear of this?  I am stumped,  I have mentioned kidney stones, and/or any kind of urinary calculi, and they all seem to dismiss this idea.  We checked for ovarian cysts that could be causing pressure on the bladder and it was normal.  UTI- none.

OH my!  IF anyone has any ideas I would love the help!

Thanks so much for listening,

Eileen

no problem,  just remember to be persistent.  There are medications by Rx for it.

The last thing that you probably want to hear is another Doctors name.. But, I have one actually my next door neighbor.. Dr. Mary Riggs. She's ALL the way out here in McHenry County but,, she specializes in female incontinence.. Let me know if you're willing to travel.. I'll get her practice info for you.
