7/21 will be my final nut visit.
Cardio eval has been done and was negative which is positve for the surgery.
Psych eval is done and I am "psychiatrically able" to have the surgery.
Once the nut visit is done it will be paperwork, phone calls and faxes to the insurance approval process.
