Lisa, Here is my recipe
3 c. fat free milk
2 pkg (4 serving size each) vanilla flavor fat free sugar free instant pudding and pie filling
1 can (15 oz) PUMPKIN
1 TSP PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
1 C. THAWED COOL WHIP LITE
Add milk to dry pudding mix and beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Makes 12 one half cup servings.
