I AM LOOKING FOR A SUPPORT GROUP IN THE FREEPORT IL AREA PLEASE I HOPE THERE IS ONE I AM HAVING MY SURGERY 07/27/2009

Be patient and maybe Dawn (Berts4) or Connie may check in before the weekend is out or early next week. There is a support group in Rockford and they are active in that group.

Christine is correct, we have a gruop that meets in Rockford on the third Monday of each month.
We meet at the Illinois College of Medicine at 7 pm.

I live in Rock City, so it is not really too far to go and we welcome everyone---pre-op, post op, whatever surgery, whatever doctor.  I DO hope that you can join us.  Connie usually posts a reminder the Friday before with the actual address (which I can't remember tight now....).
