Two Months Out
Hi Everyone!
Sorry I haven't posted in a long time, most of you have probably forgotten me. But, I wanted to update you on my progress.
Even though I feel like it has been slow, I am two months out and have lost 35 post-op. I am pleased and know everyone is different. I have had no problems, complications, etc. So, I have been blessed.
If I had to do over, I would again in a heart beat! I feel great and can eat pretty much anything I want. Wanting is the key word. I have not strayed into high calorie foods and am proud of that! I know this is going to be a lifelong challenge, and after having surgery, I don't want to blow it!
I encourage anyone to do this, as long as you realize it is a daily commitment. It is just a tool as Dr. Kane told me.
Hope everyone else is doing well!
Thanks,
Georgianna

Thanks, Stephanie. As an RD, you know all about it. I absolutely wish I could have had mine years ago, but did not have the insurance in place. I don't know your situation, but I believe it is a great option. I am so happy.
How soon will you be having yours? write back and tell me your story!
