Good Morning IL. I have been so busy all weekend so I have missed out on a lot of the things going on, Dave  you are doing great, and Paul it does feels so good to put on shorts and have them fall off You are doing a great job, Hope to see you and Liz at the Rock City Days,

Nancy glad you are doing better I bet you do miss your babies, they sure will be happy to see you when you get home,
Dawn your cakes sound so good,and look nice too, 
Today I am off to another class for work today, work tomorrow and another class Thur.

Good Morning. A typical busy day for me. Office in the morning then off to visit mom in the nursing home, take care of the boys, then the night shift at the bowling alley. I so want to be doing yard work but the heat makes it impossible. I also got a cute 50's looking bike for mothers day that I would like to be riding but its t hot during the day and I would look silly riding it at midnight when I get off work! Have a great day!

I am glad to see that Nancy is recovering and Dave has stopped by for a couple of visits.  It is also great to see Brad and Paul!

I am working today, then home to hang out with the family.  It does not look like there is anything on our calendar for tonight. 

David umpired his first game last night and said that he liked it and did well.  I hope he can pick up a lot of games as he needs the $$$$$.  He is enjoying working at camp, but it is a volunteer position and I am tired of paying for dates, even though he will pay me back some day......

Thank you all for the great comments on the cakes.  It was a ton of fun and we could not believe how great they turned out!  I just HAD to share.  I am thinking we could do mini sandwiches with cupcakes if we wanted.  I'm always thinking of new things to try.  Now, if I can get a great sugar free recipe...............

Well, summer seems to be making up for lost time.

I had a chair to fix yesterday and even though it was not very labor intensive it drained me.  The a/c is running as high as it can without freezing up but it will likely take a few days to get all the inert materials to a low temp.

I was up five pounds at the nut last week.  The next visit will be my last and I am putting on a major push to be down at least that five for my last visit.  Two pounds would make an exact 10 percent of body weight lost o0ver twelve months.
