Hello everyone

How has everyone been doing?

I am doing fine.  I have had a busy week at work.  I'm so glad it's Saturday.  I have to go in and have my 3 month blood test today.  Almost 3 months I can't believe it.  I'm down 30 pounds already.  I go for my next fill July 17th.  I can't wait I need more restriction.  I can pretty much eat what I want ,when I want.  I'm just being really good, that's why I'm losing weight.

I have some good news.  After all the bad news at work I was thinking there was no way I will get my bonus this year.  Well I just found out we are getting our bonuses this year!!!  So I am buying a new recliner.  The one I have needs to be thrown out.  

My daughter is doing better.  She has been finding things to occupy her time.  Last week I sent her oboe, sheet music and oboe supplies to her.  It almost cost me $50 to send it to her but I knew this would be something to keep her busy.  She also asked if I would send her a GRE study book.  She wants to take the test this fall.

Good Morning Crystal & IL -

Well the storm whipped right thru my area last night and it turned out to be quite a bad and scary storm.  It took down part of a large tree in my front yard.  Thank goodness it did not fall on anything.  I'm working all day today so the tree will have to wait until tomorrow.  The computer system was down at Outback which made for a very stressful night last night.  I made it thru but it was the worst night I've ever had even though I made good money.

Not too much else going on.  I sure hope everyone has a great weekend.

Crystal -  Glad to hear your daughter is doing better.  I knew she would be just fine.  It's sometimes hard t adjust to new things.  Congrats on the bonus and the wl.  Both are great things!

Hi everyone! I have been MIA now for almost a year. When I got denied my wls for the 3rd time, I kinda gave up. Luckily, a guy my husband works with found a weight loss center that helped him lose well over 100 lbs. I found my motivation again, and HAD to find out for myself if this place could actually help me. I called and joined right away, and have been thankful every since. This morning on my Wii fit, I was finally down 70 pounds!  I have 8 more pounds to go to reach my goal. On Tuesday, I was told that my body fat is now within normal range at 32.0%. When I started, I was at 41.8%.  I can't believe how incredible I feel, and look. I went from a size 20/22 to a 10/12. Thursday night I bought a 2 piece swimsuit for the first time in 18 years! 
My husband and I are both on the program. He has lost 60 pounds. We are taking a trip to Hawaii in August and plan to renew our vows as thinner people.  Vain I know, but I want the pretty dress and the photos on the beach at sunset. I think after all our hard work that we deserve it.
I hope all made it thru the storm last night ok. A tornado touched down 8 miles or so from our house. Lots of flooding and high winds.

I think renewing your vows sounds awesome.  Keep doing what your doing.  Check in more often.

I am SO GLAD to hear that you found something that works for you and your husband.  I would also be interested in what you are doing as I also know someone who does not need surgery, but needs help losing about 50 lbs.
