Well, I had my doctor's appointment today about my lump and it was about half the size it was last month.

The Doctor said it is looking more and more like a collection of fat cells that clumpped together.

He told me to not worry about it, unless I can really notice it has gotten bigger. My next Doctor's appointment is 1 day after my 1 year out date. December 11th 2009. (My surgery was Dec. 10, 2008)

I am officially 6 months and 9 days out of surgery, and I have lost 186 lbs so far. More exciting to me is the fact that I am officially under the 300 mark.  (I am 299.8 Lbs, but that is below 300)

I started at 486lbs and I am right at 300 now. 186lbs lost in 6 months and 9 days.

I have started jogging. Every night I walk a mile then jog a mile, then walk a mile or 2 then go home. I have a lake by my house. I snuck out there with my little Honda one night and drove on the sidewalk all the way around the lake. I found out it is exactly 1/2 mile. To the tenth of a mile. So I can keep pretty good track of what I am walking and running.

I have lost 20 lbs in the last month. I am still losing. I hope to go down to 250 by the end of summer.

Then I will be 6'4" tall and 250lbs. I would be perfect! I would have to buy a club to keep all the women off of me. (Hey, a guy can dream)

Thanks for all the prayers about the lump. I have to change my signature.

WOO HOO Under 300 BABY!!!!!

That is sooo awesome, Dave!

The lump is the best news, followed closely by the amazing weight loss and then the jogging.

Keep fighting the good fight!
