I guess this means you will be getting up a little earlier to post here and on Facebook?

I am working today, going to the library then home to hopefully get a bit done in the yard.   I took some chicken out for dinner and am thinking of doing the Jamacian thighs again....my family really liked them.

Not too much else going on in my world......

Hi everyone,

It was a gorgeous day here.  We had our Employee Fitness Day and I somehow (walking with a tiny lady who is very fit) managed to walk the mile! I probably won't be able to get up tomorrow morning, but it was worth it, because I learned that I really can walk when I need to!

Hubby and I fell asleep after supper, so now I am up and will probably be up for awhile (past my bedtime) LOL

Oh, one more really important thing! I realized today that I will have alot of support with exercise at work. I stick out like a sore thumb because of my weight, and I was embarassed, but our fitness instructor was encouraging and my coworkers were, too.  So that was a good thing.
