Monday Roll Call
It's very odd that it's almost 8am and not a one has started roll call. Did everyone sleep in? Tired from the weekend? Anyhow, wake up, wake up. It's time to start moving.
Today I do not wor****il 5:30pm so I have the whole day to play outside. I do have a few errands I need to run this am then I plan on working in my flower gardens and cut the lawn.
Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. What's going on in your neck of the woods?

I am back from a 7 am dentist appointment. I saw that no one had started roll call but did not have time before my appointment. I think you are right, everyone is asleep this morning.
I found out how many thousands of dollars I will be spending on my teeth over the next 3 years and it is not pretty but it needs to be done. Ugh! I wish I had a printing press in my basement.
It is a beautiful day. I would love to stay home today and enjoy it. Oh well, after seeing my dentist, I know I need the $$$$
Hope everyone has a great day!

Morning Nancy.. Sorry to hear that you will be helping pay off the dentist office. I think Walgreens can build a wing onto their store with the amount of money that I spend on perscription drugs. Calvin is on a ton of meds and it's so expensive even with insurance. Ugh.
Hope you can at least get out at lunch time and enjoy a bit of the weather.

I agree, everyone is sleeping in or needed to go to work early. I am here at my office, away from all windows, and I will try to at least stick my head outdoors. It is so nice and sunny.
Yesterday I did go and get flowers for the front yard. I didn't get them planted yet. DH went and got tomatoes and pepper plants.
This morning I put on a demin skirt that I haven't had on in years. It not only fits, there is a bit of a gap in the waistband. I am not sure why I kept it, when I was getting rid of stuff, but I am glad i did.
Have a great day. Stay safe.
Hugs,
Lisa
I am back at work and missed you all over my long weekend. I did pop in to catch up with a bit of the reading, but did not have time to post.
Liv's appointment with the ear doctor in Madison went very well! The medicine is working and her ears are almost back to normal! We do not have to go back (as long as there are no problems****il November.
Besides the good report, we had a nice day, just the two of us. Flat Top Grill treated her like a princess for her birthday meal, then we went to Trader Joe's for a few things. After we got home, we went to the Playhouse to have our first middle school aged theater meeting and 11 kids showed up! We had a great time and they did not "chew me up and spit me out"! I think I am going to like working with these kids.
Saturday, I helped with the flower sale in the morning, then came home and ate a yogurt/protein powder concoction that I eat often. Well....Saturday, I did SOMETHING wrong (maybe ate too fast?) and had a horrible dumping episode!!!!! I wound up laying on the couch moaning until Todd sent me to bed. I napped for a couple of hours then was better later on. Just goes to show that the tool is still working and that the rules apply.....even 2.5 years out!
David had a great time at his first Prom and yesterday we took Liv and the whole family (grandparents, aunt and Amber's family) out to celebrate her 13th birthday (which is really today).
After work, I will go home and see what I can cook for the birthday girl and hope she is having a good day.
I also wish you all a spectacular day!
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Nancy sorry to hear that you are having teeth problems that can cost so much money as you are finding out, Well not much going on with me here, just cleaning, so better get back to it, as tomorrow back to work for me, I am off Wed, so I think that day I will be getting the clothes in order for the clothing exchange in June,
everyone have a great day and enjoy the sun,

I made a shake of instant strawberry oatmeal, yogurt, ice and water for my breakfast. This knockoff bullit is addictive. I actually enjoyed the week of beans, rice and tortillias so we made refried beans and spanish rice last night that should last a day or two with a bit of meat each day. I need to order my favorite whey from a shop in Bellaire, Texas but have not been able to convince myself that I will not find one as good here yet. I cringe when I have to pay shipping and really prefer stopping at shops to having things shipped. I love communicating on the internet but like to have stuff in my hand before I put out cash.
