looking for doctor for bypass in rockford il help
There are no docs in Rockford itself. We went to Madison to the UW program which is a Center of Excellence and a fabulous program. That is what I would suggest. There are a couple of programs closer but they are not Centers of Excellence which really helps with insurance coverage.
we have a support group in Rockford for pre and post surgery folks which meets on the third Monday of each month at the College of MEdicine, 1601 Parkview in Room S-232. The next meeting is March 16. For more info you can send me a message.

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
I also went to Madison to Drs. Garren & Gould. Their program is awesome.
My best advise is to attend each doctor's seminar that you are interested in. That way, you can get a feel for where you will be comfortable. It is a very personal decision for each of us.
