There is one at UIC.

There are probably a bunch of them around the city.
I got my surgery at UIC. I have a Doctor appointment tomorrow I will try to get some info for you.

I go to a DS/VSG one in Chicago, so that won't exactly work for you.
Have you tried Northwestern ones? When I thought I was going to have the RNY, I went to a few of theirs. Lots of people. Here's the link:
