What a loser. All people are not shallow and cruel, but it sounds like this weenie sure was. You deserve better, MUCH better.

Once you reclaim your health, you will be in a better position to find a soulmate. Just take care of YOU right now. Create your "happily ever after" by your actions, not by someone else's.

Hun, when I read your post, it took me back to my pre-op surgery days.  I wanted soooo bad to find someone.  I was overweight and I'm sure that's why I had a hard time.  I started chatting with guys online and the same thing happened.  We talked over a long period of time (over a year).  When he first saw me, he acted weird too.  Then did the same thing...he left WAY early that night.  Then I had my surgery, lost my weight and took time for myself.  I eventually met my husband who I will now be married to for 5 years this May.  I couldn't be happier.  The same thing will happen for you.   Keep your chin up.  :)
