Good morning Dawn. I'd love to come over and go into the hotel pool. It's going to be a couple of rainy days here. That sucks big time!

Christmas party weekend??? They should call it Pre-Valentine's Day party weekend. LOL! You have a very busy schedule my dear. I haven't been to a play in a long time!

Take care and enjoy your weekend.

Hugs,
Lucy

Good morning all.

Sorry I haven't been around much.  I have been exhausted from babysitting everyday from 7 to 3, and then we didn't get home from the Celine Dion concert until 1 a.m., and I had to babysit that morning.

Looking for work has not been fun, but I really haven't had the time to look for work.

Crystal, sorry to hear about your mom.

I think I am gonna take a me day today.  I have no kids!  YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEE

Everyone have a great day!

Dee

Good morning Dee. Oh, I loved Celine when I saw her in concert at Caesar's Palace.

Babysitting can be exhausting! I remember those fond days of years past.

Glad to hear you are getting a "ME" day!

Good Morning Lucy and friends,

Whoo hoo sunshine and some warmth maybe today!  I actually slept really good last night so I feel much better today, I have some energy!

We're doing the Friday Frenzy as usual.  In and out all day. Have already been to Jen's, got Cheyanne to school at 7:45, to the bank and grocery store on the way home, back to Jen's to pick up what I forgot earlier. Then home.  Have my 2nd load of laundry going.  Have about 1 hour before taking Sami to school, then to the other bank and drug store to pick up prescriptions. Then will have about 2 hours at home before having to pick the girls up at school.

I started something new this week for the early mornings. I make a protein shake with skim milk and add 1/2  cup at a time to my coffee.  Kind of makes my coffee taste like hot chocolate. Seems to be helping keep the carb monster away too, and to make sure I get enough protein in each day.

Yesterday we had to take our "Skeeter" to the vet, he hadn't been eating or drinking much since early the day before. The vet said he was dehydrated.  The kept him about 3 hours gave him fluids, took some blood to send to the lab to see what is going on with him.  He has been not himself for the past week. Hope I hear from them today with the results. He does seem better this morning though has eaten about half his food and took some drinks a couple times. They did put him on an antibiotic too, maybe some bug or something.

I hope you all have a wonderful day. Hugs, Paulette

PS: Red font in honor of Lisa! Have to go change my shirt to red too since I forgot this am!

Hi Paulette. Your day sounds jam packed with activity.

Hope your Skeeter is feeling up to par soon.

Take care.

 Hey Lisa ,
I'm going for the 2nd pre-op , I was lucky they put all my doctors appointments in the same day so I have 4 on the 26th , after that I think its the waiting game for approval ... That's the hard part for me...I am trusting in God and trying not to worry.... Thanks for asking..Until next time may God always smile on ur paths....

I am wearing a RED fleece vest today!  Yea!

Things are good here - talking to the 3rd graders today!

This weekend I am going overhaul my closet.  I need to see what fits and what doesn't fit anymore.  Then I am going to donate them to the shelter at work...they can always use more clothes, plus it's a tax break for next year!

I love the happiness in the board today!
