I am so sorry for your lost, take care, hugs to you and your family,
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

I am sorry to hear about your loss. My father also suddendly passed about a year and a half ago (Heart attack) and my mother and I are still dealing with it. Having someone yanked out of your life like that can bring on an emotional roller coaster and in my case a lot of regret for the unsaid. I can tell you that it gets better and now more then ever is a great time to pull your father in close and be their when he needs you.
