February 3rd 2009 - my mother died

On February 3rd sometime during the night my mother unexpectanty passed away. She was seemingly healthy and only 56 years old. She was found on the kitchen floor by my father. She will be missed, there will always be a hole in my heart now that she is gone.

Dear Crystal, I am so sorry to hear of your loss, I lost my mother the same way, she lived alone and my sister found her in the kitchen. It's such a shock to all her love ones. Do you live near your father? Hold close to your precious memories of her for they can be a comfort to you. I'll remember you in my prayers.

I am so sorry to hear this. It is so hard to lose your mother, especially unexpectedly. This will be a difficult time for you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

If you need someone to listen, I am here. I lost my mom a little over a year ago, so I do understand the loss of your mom and my dad passed away at a young age as well.

Does your dad live near you? I imagine he will be feeling very lost. Hugs to him as well.

Crystal, It is always a shock to lose someone close to you. especially a parent. I know from experience. My mother died in 1984 from a stroke, and my father followed her in 1990. It may be not the way you would of chose for her, but it is a better way then then having her suffer a long time. I am sorry for your lost.
