Excessive Beltching

I had WLS surgery on 01/12/09.   I am experiencing belching every day.

Has anyone else experienced this?  It does not occur constantly and that is why I haven't contacted the doctor yet.

Is it normal after this type of surgery?  Or could this be another problem?

Thanks!

I know that when I eat, this is my full signal and if you eat another bite, it will be too much.

Does this occur after you eat or drink?  This could be two things.  One is you are swallowing air. or  this might be your signal that you are full.

It's funny you mention your full signal. Mine is I start to hiccup. My husband thinks it's pretty funny and always says "you're done" to me..lol My mother-in-law sneezes when she is full. Funny how people have different signals.

Hi-

It usually happens after I have eaten or drink water.  I will have to pay more attention to the 'full' feeling.  I am watching my measurements carefully and don't think that I am forcing food down.

It also happens sometimes after I workout.....I wonder if I am taking in too much air??

Thanks for the response!!
