Welcome home!
It is VERY normal to have a very bloated belly and be in pain. You just had major surgery! As far as the tylenol goes, that is not really a boo boo. My surgeon allowed pills in the hospital. She said that as long as it wasn't bigger than an M & M go for it! I did as I could not stand crushed meds or the opened capsules.

The more you walk, the faster the bloating will go down. Some people find relief by laying in bed and pulling your knees up and rolling from side to side. Walking did it for me.
You just had major surgery, so you will be sore. Remember not to overdo it or to lift anything heavy!

OH and take lots of pictures you will want to look back at them as you shrink
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!

You really made my day. I needed to talk to someone that was one or 2 weeks an still; feeling all this. A few of my friends had the surgery so long ago, and forgot. ONe of them was like I had no problems, I was practically skipping out of surgery. So 5 days later I'm feeling like the train is still in my stomach, nauseaed and dumping - I feel like an anomaly. Thanks so much.
God Bless,
