Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
I'm at work. I'm so angry at these corporate people. We are so far behind in our work because of the new system. But instead of admitting they failed, they are pointing the finger at us. Acting like its all our fault. So now the finger pointing starts. I really hate these people. Its funny how before the system changed we had none of these problems.
Dee- I was telling my daughter the exact same thing. When they called off school because of the sub-zero weather. I said we walked in sub zero weather, and I remember the snow being so deep it was easier to walk in the street, in the tire tracks. The funny thing is I did walk a mile and half to school in a 2 feet of snow. Hahahahaha.

I hope your day is a better one!Yeah, kids these days have it so easy when it comes to snow days. We didn't have those when I grew up.
Yesterday I tried three bean chili from Lean Cuisine for dinner. It was good and stayed down. So far no
in a week. Now I got to get going with my packing for the trip on Wednesday. I started some of it last weekend, but I got to do more.On the way home chores include a visit to the post office to stop the mail and mail a package.
Not much else going on; just another day in the office.

Dave you always make me laugh with your morning posts...thank you for that! I am gonna save gas today too...I'm not going out! lol
Unless of course I have to pick up Tyler, who woke up not feeling well this morning, but wanted to try to go to school anyway. I am SO tired of having sick kids this winter. They just can't seem to get 100%. Tyler is complaining of sore throat, nose bothering him and his stomach too. I am supposed to babysit for my neice's kids tomorrow night and I really want too....I hope this is a quickie thing with Tyler.
I am just doing homework today and not much else really.

Had my 9 month check-in yesterday...lost two pounds I already lost once before....got another fill....went to wally world...again....went to the gym....then the support group meeting....and I got to meet Norma Jean.....one of our newbies....Nice to meet you Norma!...hopefully I will continue to see you posting here and again at next months meeting.
Today I'm thinking about going to Target....later it is on to the gym.....tomorrow it is house cleaning....and the dreaded laundry.....

Carol I was happy to meet you also. The meeting was very impressing and I do plan on attending monthly. I felt guilty about the amount of exercise I do compared to most of you. I know it's important and have joined our park district but just walk. I need to learn what machines to use, I used some of them in physical therapy but am timid at trying them on my own. The program at Silver Cross sounds great but is not convenient for me get to. I'm buying a 3 wheel bike this summer, we live a block from the I&M canal and have a beautiful bike path. We will also be camping a lot. So many of my friends walk and ride there, my scooter will stay in the garage now.
